I have oodles of motivation, but very little discipline. I stick to my food and exercise for around four weeks, and I do amazing, and start to see small changes, then bam! Fall of the wagon so to speak and ruin all the hard work I have done.
I had an awesome day today :) Had THE BEST SWIM, which when I woke up, I was not sure if I would be able to as my knee is still clicking? but it was all good. Managed 40 laps in 48 minutes. New PERSONAL BEST!
