As mentioned about a billion times on this blog, I love my music, and I really need it to workout, and live, and for EVERYTHING! The following 5 tracks are my go to songs to get me motivated for specific workout types
So after about 8 weeks of traveling, food poisoning, socialising and just generally not being a good little fitness girl, this week I am back into it with a vengeance.
So if you follow my blog, you know that I change my playlist before EVERY SINGLE WORKOUT. I find music so powerful and motivating that I simply cannot work out with out it.
I have had a week off PT and exercise as I have had a pretty nasty virus. I usually power through but this one just wiped me out, I was literally sleeping about 14 or more hours a day.
I have blogged about this before and I just cant stress how important music is to my workout. In fact, if I don't have music, I don't work out. And further to that, I have different types of music and devices depending on what exercise I am doing!
I CAN NOT work out without music. Seriously…. I have 3 iPods. They are named SwimPod (Waterproof), GymPod and Run Fatty Run.
